Effective date: 2026-07-23. These Terms govern use of traineconomi.best and enrollment in our 12-week online program (the “Program”).

1) Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and keeping credentials secure.

2) What we provide

The Program is delivered online (digital content and services such as coaching, materials, and community access, if offered at purchase). Access methods and included features are shown on the checkout/ordering screen.

3) Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices (including any applicable taxes), accepted payment methods, and payment timing are displayed before you place an order. Subscriptions/instalments (if offered) will state billing frequency and duration before confirmation.

Digital delivery and service start timing are shown at checkout (e.g., immediate access after payment, or a scheduled start date). If we cannot provide as stated, we will contact you using the details you provided.

We may update schedules, instructors, or materials for reasonable operational needs while preserving the essential value of what you purchased. We may suspend/terminate access for non-payment, fraud, or serious violations of these Terms.

8) Acceptable use

No unlawful use, harassment, scraping, reverse engineering, or sharing access credentials. You may not upload content that infringes rights or violates applicable laws.

9) Intellectual property & license

We and our licensors own the site and Program materials. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use during your access period. No copying, redistribution, recording, or resale without written permission.

10) Results & marketing statements

We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., profits, savings, business performance). Any examples are illustrative and may not reflect typical results. We aim to avoid misleading representations consistent with Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations (Act No. 134 of 1962), Article 5.

11) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Program is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Contract terms for consumers are intended to be fair and clear consistent with Consumer Contract Act (Act No. 61 of 2000).

12) Privacy & external transmissions

Personal information handling is described in our Privacy Policy, including purposes of use, safeguards, and third-party/cross-border transfers, consistent with Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of 2003), Article 17, Article 21, Article 23, Article 27, Article 28, Article 32. If we use third-party tags that transmit device identifiers externally, we will provide required notice/consent information consistent with Telecommunications Business Act, Article 27-12.

13) JP mail-order legal notice (Specified Commercial Transactions Act)

For sales offered to users in Japan via this website, we disclose seller identity, price, payment timing/method, provision timing, and cancellation/refund terms as described above and on the ordering screen, consistent with Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Act No. 57 of 1976), Article 11, Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Act No. 57 of 1976), Article 12, Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Act No. 57 of 1976), Article 15-3.

14) Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance, unless mandatory consumer protections apply.
